Buzz is essentially being produced by people volunteering their services and time. Without their efforts, Buzz doesn't happen. If you're interested in helping us with our many tasks at hand we'd love to hear from you. We can't pay anything but you'll get in for free and be able to put "Festival Assistant" on your résumé if you do a good job.
